Met SYSTEMS have a comprehensive knowledge base of all Communication and Control & Information Systems used on the underground and have played a pivotal role in the management and assurance of projects, delivering integrated solutions for station and signaling control rooms. This also includes the delivery of distributed systems such as station CCTV, OPO CCTV, SCADA, Public Address and site security systems such as Door Access Control Systems. In addition to the above, Met SYSTEMS has worked very closely with BTP (British Transport Police) to develop guidelines and standards for data capture for criminal evidencing. All staff engaged on systems engineering projects are trained and experienced to the required levels as necessary. This may include, but not necessarily be limited to, IEE and/or IRSE accreditation and relevant professional qualifications (I.e. Degree level). In addition to these requirements, all relevant LUL/Network Rail Safety Training (in accordance with QUENSH) are current and maintained by relevant staff.
