AboutMet SYSTEMS have a comprehensive knowledge base of all Communication and Control & Information Systems used on the underground and have played a pivotal role in the management and assurance of projects, delivering integrated solutions for station and signaling control rooms. This also includes the delivery of distributed systems such as station CCTV, OPO CCTV, SCADA, Public Address and site security systems such as Door Access Control Systems. In addition to the above, Met SYSTEMS has worked very closely with BTP (British Transport Police) to develop guidelines and standards for data capture for criminal evidencing. The output of this has also lead to the specification of playback facilities used at most stations and control centres.
The staff of Met SYSTEMS are committed to a policy of providing its customers with solutions that fully satisfy their requirements within budget and on time.
All staff engaged on systems engineering projects are trained and experienced to the required levels as necessary. In addition to these requirements, all relevant LUL/Network Rail Safety Training (in accordance with QUENSH) are current and maintained by relevant staff.
Met SYSTEMS actively supports working partnerships, and has extensive experience in establishing consortiums and groups to complement our in-house expertise in order to provide a complete solution for you.
